Good card for dragon decks. If you have enough quanta ( 50 or more ) you can use it on a dragon of that quanta's element to summon a hole bunch of dragons ( a lot of attack ).

Hard to get the quanta to use though.
Unless i use a mono deck.

Anyway, such a nerf was necessary IMHO. Fractal was way too versatile before... this should make it at least a little weaker.

I think its a bit too high debuff. It would better if only increase the cost by one....

This cripples fractal/hope entirely, weakens pestal and fractix, and makes it a very underwhelming card overall. I'd rather it'd have a 5-copy cap than raise the cost in an element that's already quanta heavy.

i just tried a dark denial with fractal and i kept losing due to being short aether quanta. i believe the nerf for the card should just be 10 unupped and 9 upgraded

i agree this card needed a small 1 increase cost not a freakin even one turn 2 extra quanta
