A basic deck, with aim on avoiding CC completely.

Cards:

14x Aether Pillars - Quanta generation.
3x Sparks - Fractal Fodder. always keep one on your hand unless you already used the Fractal.
6x Lightning - Basic CC to slow down enemies. two of them help a lot with the FFQ or Pharaoh AI3s, since it slows down creature generation.
6x Immortal - Basic unit, immune to CC.
6x Dimensional Shield - Damage Prptection, stalling.
6x Phase Dragon - Damage Unit, immune to CC.
1x Fractal - Use on a spark when with max efficiency. another 5 sparks can mean victory or defeat.
1x Lobotomizer - Cancels enemy skills in case you don't have enough lightnings.

Strategy:

Use the quanta to get the damage going as fast as you can. If you have two immortals in your hand, one phase dragon, and 6 quanta (+6 pillars and 1 from mark, = 13 on the next turn) use an Immortal, then next turn play the other. another 4 damage helps.

ALWAYS keep a spark saved on your hand. that Spark + Fractal combo is dangerous to your enemies. watch out for mono-aether's Dissipation Shields though. you don't want to waste 8 sparks for nothing.

Any Questions?

Still aims on CC avoidance, but tweaked slightly.

Changes:
+1 Aether Pillar - mora quanta generation, higher chance of getting more pillars on the starting hand.
-3 Sparks - removed to allow mulligans to happen.
-1 Immortal - better draws
+1 Lobotomizer - Reserve in case of PC, increases chance of getting one early.
-1 Phase Dragon - Upgraded. This or Lobotomizers should be main upgrade points.
+1 Elite Phase Dragon - Passes though most shields other than Gravity, more damage for 1 more cost.

which mono-aether are you talking about? Essence's?

Why to use this deck: you don't need to. it's a deck I created myself without any help from any deck in here, right after i refreshed my account that had a ridiculous bad luck with FGs. It's a simple deck that can do it's job. NOT ALL DECKS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FAST. And also not all decks HAVE to have 30 cards. this deck works well without having 30 cards, as do other decks. Is getting Better Draws justifiable over being able to have CC and the Spark Blitz that helped me win more than one time?

Deck changed after a lucky spin in the AI3 mono-aether in which i got a lobotomizer.
New feedback appreciated.

I tested this deck and really not digging it as it's slower and wins less than a smaller deck. If you just pulled half of the cards out your chances would be better vs all the bond, momentum, growth and dive decks as this gets your damage and lobo out too slow most of the time. I posted up some 5 decks with 30 cards that all seem to win faster and more often by what I tested this one.

oh. well, this was just my deck i built, after some experience. not really that useful now, true, and i switched it for the half-upped RoL Hope now.

There isn't really much you can do around mono-aether other than fractark, the typical dragon rush and mindgating.

@Damage not really worth spending your time on this for 2 reasons:

1- you just necro'd a 1 year-old post...
2- the OP is not even on the foruns anymore, it doesnt even have an account now

your intention was good but really bother with this

i know you just wanted a say on the matter but i was just saying that to help the forum itself and other users

you can check the date of the thread on the time of the first post, that says june 2011
its not ideal to make year-old posts resurface because at the time they were written, many things like the game version were different, so its information can be many times false and misguide some people. Also, many old posts cover some stuff many people already know so preventing resurface of old information is a way to let new information appear instead :)

It does give you a warning.

Why would you even browse something more than one year old, just to say "it's fat", even when it has been said before?
