could you maybe take the recluses out, add more balls, add shields or some sort of defense... maybe change the mark to air and add a air blitz as a finisher fractal?

air blitzing balls of lightning isn't going to be that effective.. it will take way longer to win a game with that

Actually, a sky blitz + fractal + ball lightning deck can win in 3 turns.

Since Sky Blitz doesn't affects Ball Lightings, nor Sparks, Sky Blitz is useless.

Actually it does, unless its been changed.
Just tested it just incase, and no, they are still airborne.

But regarding the OP's deck, looks good, maybe one lees fractal for something else though.

Sparks aren't airborne. This is a bug zanz said he fixed. Blights are. You don't do Blitztal with Sparks anyway. Too low attack.
