Been using it for a few days and liking it. Works well on AI4 and a few FG's. Can win in the arena on gold and platinum a lot too.
Using both psions and spiders keeps things flexible in case of spell reflection. Plus they cost the same but spiders do more damage.
Twin universe can even things up when a big creature is played. 3 in a row can win the you game.
Stall with PS and lobotomize any abilities you don't want to take control of.

Not sure if I got the quanta ratio right, but this set up seems to give you a good mix of cards off the deal so speed isn't an issue.
SoW's would change this deck but I don't have any ATM. Any thoughts on how to improve it?

Nice Deck, but only problem is, when you fractal you won't be able to play any cards in.

Only for a single turn. After which it will essentially be like drawing a creature or two every turn until you run out of creatures again, which is great.
