Anyways, all I can say is that it has WAY TOO MANY cards. Dimshields are most effective when used in 6 copies in 30 card decks, otherwise you are more likely to lose a shield chain. What you have there utilizes the two best mono-aether strategies, but they work better alone. So yeah, try to focus on either Phase Dragons and Shard of Wisdom, or Psions (fractal does wonders with them). And do cut the deck down to 30 cards.
