Is a rush deck.
Play Psions as soon as you can to deal damage immediatly.
They are hard to kill (only thunderbolt or rage elixir can destroy the Psion with one card) and the aggressive decks waste all the shots on these creatures; Oty is useless, alone...otherwise thunderbolt is a great choose; Paradox in not effective; Shields are wasted cards for your enemy.
Play Elettrocutor to block some boring cards (Fallen ELf, growth type, other psion, ...)
The other creatures are Phase recluse because they have high attack and low cost
Against refletcive shield lobotomize your Psion!
Chain your shields at <50 life points or at 12 cards from the end
Fractal Psion, discar one card, fill the field with the best creatures ever.

seems good. A lot of variants of this have been used before I suggest you remove the fractal (there's only one anyways) and get another electrocutor.

I highly suggest you ignore above suggestion. Fractal is a lifesaver in clinch situations and against heavy healers. In fact, I would lean more to the classic Psiontal due to all the stallbows I've met in Silver recently. >_>

The deck is not pretty original, but I don't copy it from others suggestions... I try to build it without any help, with the only feedback from the Arena.  8)

The Fractal is necessary... 6 Psions are not enough against all the shots or removal cards included in some deck and are too few to close up the match quickly enought in order to survive.

I would then suggest adding at least another fractal. More copies of one card= more reliable, yes?
classic psiontal sounds good, but feel free to play around with what you like/have
