Fractal ASAP (should be turn 2 most cases.)
Dump your hand.
Win.

If you can already fractal and just drew a tower, then fractal before playing the tower (Either way you would have discarded a card.)
If you have too many fractals, discard one.

One thing I hate about this is that you can't play your recluses the same turn you fractal-ed one. >.<

I tried a variant with less towers and pendulums and more BLs and that helps in some cases.

In most cases I've found that on turn 2 you happen to have exactly 8 quanta some way or another.
7-9 Aether quanta is normal, so not playing your recluses right away isn't usually a huge drawback.

Have you tried it? It's actually pretty fast, especially for aether. I'm guessing about 6ish TTW.

I'm really impressed. I made 10 tries with an analogous deck (I don't have so many upped aether towers). And I have had most of the game lost because I hadn't my first recluse or my first fractal early enough. I'm not a genius in statistic but I am surprised that you didn't encounter this problem. I'm however glad for you ...
The deck can be average-fast to fast when everything works but it's damn slow when 1 of the combo cards waits for you in position 19 (remember that when you play your first fractal you drain all your quanta whenever the moment you do it). It makes the deck in total pretty slow, IMO.

I started playing this against t50 in trainer, at first i was getting 6-7 turn wins every time, but now every other game I don't draw a recluse for the first 6-7 turns >_>

+1 Fractal
+1 Phase Recluse
+1 Ball Lightning

reason... 17 quanta sources should be enough to fuel this deck, but you need to draw into the recluses often and only 5 means a few more bad draws vs 6. Also, the Ball Lightning might be a fun finishing move.
