Forest spirit gets +2/2 for one DIFF quanta

Fire spirit +2/0 for one SAME quanta

+1/1 for one same quanta seems fair, as it remains fragile for quite a long time.

My qualm about the ability cost of one is that it becomes free after a couple turns.

Not really that big of a deal, it takes several turns, and you can't increase the stats too much anyway. Compare with an actual grower which could become much bigger much faster.
