Sounds interesting. I do wonder whether
fits the 'balanced' standard or not. Might consider increasing it to 3 or
maybe 4 since most ~5|5 creatures cost closer to that many quanta. (Other drastic alterations to on-field cards: Fate Egg is 3 to play, 1 to activate, Mutation (2 or 3^) is a random change to a single creature at a time.) That might get cost-prohibitive, but it would also give a choice to make rather than 'click all the things in two turns'.
Not exactly a balance expert, but that's what I noticed.
