NOTES:
Based on Gravitational waves (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravitational_wave) which were first confirmed February 11, 2016.
Essentially ripples in spacetime, created by (among others) merging black holes.

Gravitational waves basically shrinks and expands space (see this image), which is here interpreted as the size and shape of the creatures themselves, aka their attack and hp.

The negative buffs cannot lower hp below 1, and not attack below 0. The card will start giving +3|-3 on the turn it is played, and then -3|+3 on the following turn, and then keep alternating. The second buff will not apply "on top" of the first one, but instead replace it, so a 4|4 creature will alternate between 7|1 and 1|7. The card effect stacks, both stabilized versions and non-stabilized versions.

Stabilizing the card will make it stop alternating, and keep whatever buff it had permanently. If the card is destroyed, stabilized or not, the buff will disappear (just like nightfall).

Looks really nice, just one thing:

"The "stabilize" ability does not completely makes sense from a physics standpoint, but I included it to make the card a bit more interesting and useful."

Remove this line from the notes. Most people will not notice that it makes less thematic sense, and if anyone does, THEN we can use this as a rationale.
