Boss:1 - Toads - Ours was awesome! Simple and elegant and can easily be seen and heard as a fast paced bar song. It fully incorporates all 12 elements and each of their alchemy cards, as well as a catchy tune that keeps your toe tapping and wanting more.
2 - Chaos - Nicely made, I really enjoyed the multiple voices in the background it made it feel as if it was sung by a crowd of people at a bar drinking their hearts out. Also the fast paced pound 'em back melody got the blood rushing for another pint.
3 - Abyss - I really enjoyed watching the video JCJ made and drinking along with the song felt nice. The guitar playing nicely aided the singing, but I felt the tome and pace was a bit slow even for a ballad.
4 - Shadows - Nicely sung song! but it feels very short, and does not have the energy that is needed for a bar hoping drinking song.
5 - Mixtape - A short song, but it nicely incorporates some of the elements themed features within the song.
6 - Gaia - Creative use of Antimatter to do a semi-reverse of 99 bottles of beer. but could have been a bit more creative.
Artist:1 - Gaia - Loving the Onion Dragonfly. Very creative to use fruits and veggies to create a dragonfly, also a nice paint job to match the colour perfectly.
2 - Toads - Ours was awesome! Simple and elegant and can easily be seen as a horned frog made out of Lego(a very strongly creative medium).
3 - Chaos - Excellent creativity to use a large combination of household items to create the card art. Looks very much like the devourer art.
4 - Abyss - Nice presentation of Onions within the water and finding a way for them to actually float within that water.
5 - Shadows - A very nice statue, it can easily be seen as a stone gargoyle and the dragon shadow in the background is a nice touch. But unfortunately clay and sculpting is another common medium for artist to use even if the art presentation is uncommon and very well done.
6 - Mixtape - A nice drawing, but paper and pen/pencil is a common medium for art and not overly original. But still nice drawing on the art though.
Card Designer:1 - Toads - Ours was awesome! Simple and elegant and can easily be seen to have a simple mechanic that is not to overpowered or underpowered for the creature it is on.
2 - Gaia - Also fairly balanced for the creature is is on. Cockatrice having a single use CC is a nice addition for for life.
3 - Mixtape - I like the thematic idea of this card, and it fits nicely with the immo synergy. but it does seem slightly overpowered being able to abuse fractal sparks with 1 or 2 fire creatures out.
4 - Shadows - I'm not a huge fan of the single space flooding/Cloak. But otherwise there is nice potential for adjusting the abyss crawler with an ability.
5 - Abyss - Very uncreative I find. Mutation on the main creature spawned by mutate(spell).
6 - Chaos - Funny idea, only problem is that Holy Cow is not a collectible card.
Deck Builder:1 - Toads - Ours was awesome! Simple and elegant and can easily be seen as a trio that incorporates both our team name and a Star Wars reference.
2 - Abyss - Nice use of 0 cost creatures to save on pillars and pends for quanta production. Also fairly simple and easy to see combo in the deck. Also l love the pictures used to depict the correlation to Star Wars.
3 - Shadows - Deck looks nice, but is not extremely original as I've seen that combo used before. Very nice correlation to Star Wars though. My second favorite Yoda quote! (first is "Do or do not, there is no try!")
4 - Gaia - The deck doesn't appear to be a trio, but I love the way the name is tied into the Star Wars quote and the teams name.
5 - Chaos - I don't see how the quote relates to both Star Wars and the teams name. Also I'm not a fan of just adding in 1 'other' card to try and make it a trio.
6 - Mixtape - N/A
Forum Expert:1 - Toads - Ours was awesome! Simple and elegant and can easily be seen as a new game base for elements the game. The characters are fairly well balanced, and a nice complete description went in to the instruction manual.
2 - Shadows - Very well organized, and well thought out. I really enjoy the different separation into cardinal, spiritual, and material.
3 - Abyss - I like the change into mechanics of a racing game, but in most racing games I've seen they usually show at least one race track on the game box/description. A race track, or some of the different character choices would have been a nice addition.
4 - Gaia - Nice idea, could have gone into a bit more depth and explanation on a few of the ideas fro better clarification but otherwise not too terribly bad.
5 - Chaos - Very thorough description on the weapons, but very poor color choices for text. Also there could have been more description on the rest of the game besides just the weapons used, like the map, secondary ammo, other additives unique to elements.
6 - Mixtape - N/A
Bonus 1 Task:1 - Toads - Ours was awesome! Simple and elegant and can easily be seen as a representation of the roman numeral 5 for Brawl 5.
2 - Chaos - Nice representation of the lightsabers, representing the start wars theme. also the 'B' and the 'V' can easily be seen marking this as Brawl number 5.
3 - Shadows - A brawl is but a fight, and there is always someone who brings a dagger or knife to the fight. well made and very creative. A bit hard to make out the B in the background though.
4 - Abyss - Gold medal looks ok, but not a huge fan of font used for the number 5.
5 - Gaia - Did not realize it was a champions belt at first; as the top appears more like a pair of dominoes, and the bottom more like an onion. clever way to subconsciously represent the brawlmaster, but not clever enough.
6 - Mixtape - I can barely see the image with the current coloring on the forums background.
Work in progress.... will update throughout the week.
