EDIT: Actually, the fractal one might not be clear. I never drew Dusk or a 2nd fractal though, so I had nothing to do with my quanta. A better draw might have won, but my luck in the next match made up for it.

Barely stole the 3rd game with this darkness deck. Had some great luck with Dusk at the end to stop some scorpions.

Same darkness deck for the last game. I held cards throughout the match to try and draw out RoFs. Eventually, I had to make a fractal vamp play to avoid her bolting me to deck. She would have killed me if I hadn't, but I was able to get the win with the healing and damage they provided.

Just an easy game against fractal phoenix. He tried to play as many phoenixes on the last turn, but wasn't enough to kill me with 64 hp.

Yes. I stole someone's deck because I was too lazy to make one.
I made some clever choices of freezing devourers instead of vampires to play more squid, etc., and my 25 attack steam machine ended the game.

Had an awesome start of accumulating exactly 3 and 4 for a blessed scorp. Kept damaging him along with sundials, and also used a miracle midway....

Then he put up his dusk shield, which blocked all of my 4 scorpions attack, twice. I had two situations where he had 1 hp and survived. Later he won with 1 hp remaining and 26 poison counters. fml.

A bit pissed at the fact that I won't be gaining my Mark back, I took the old deck. He somehow decided to take a mono air deck, and I knew I was screwed when he put up 2nd turn fog. Worse, there were EEs and later wings. I just gave the match to him.

He went back to his fractal dev/vampire, which was virtually a perfect counter to this deck, since I couldn't use any of my heals when I had four in my starting hand. I tried to play mindgames by saying that I have an RoF in hand while honestly I didn't. Apparently it didn't work and soon i lost with a huge hp margin.

That 3rd game ended up being a 4 life swing for girls (she would have 8 right now if Dusk Shield had gone <50% instead of >50%). Major props to her though for even dueling me. I already told her that I had hardly any time (and couldn't even tell her when it would be) before the time ran out, and that I would concede to her if we couldn't get it done. She still was able to work me into her schedule when I showed up out of nowhere saying that it was basically the last time I could do the match.
