Ferox has two copies of each of the following cards:

Mark : 3x Life
Creature Control : None
Permanent Control : None

Strategy:

Best deck to use is a rainbow control, such as Flay 'em, or an OTK, such as Instosis. This false god usually opens the game with a heavy creature spam, including Elite Cockatrices, Leaf Dragons, and Giant Frogs. Basically you need to play your defenses efficiently while using hourglasses to reach your pulverizer or butterfly effect. Ferox has no permanent control or defense bypass, so you can play your shields and sundials without risk.

If you can’t find either card, hopefully you can kill Ferox's creatures, as this provides a stable alternative to pulverizers and butterfly effects.

Destroy Emphatic Bonds if you can, then jade staffs if you can spare the quanta.

By midgame now you should have a somewhat stable quanta flow, and have your creatures out and pounding Ferox. Keep using your defenses to block out Ferox's creatures. Play your creatures without fear, since Ferox has no creature control.

By the end of the game you should have your lava destroyers, steam machines, and/or elite queen going strong, and should kill Ferox after you destroy all of his bonds.

Notes: Watch out for early Jade Dragons, they hit hard and if you don’t have your defenses out, you could be in trouble.

Your only hope with a Hope deck is to rush Ferox with Archangels before he gets enough creatures/Feral Bonds out. Light Dragons are too slow, but I won’t say it’s impossible. You’re not going to win a lot against him no matter what, anyway. SoP-based decks fare better against Ferox, as they can load up a 200-attack OTK.

Poison stalls can't do much against feral bonds despite their SoSacs, as Ferox can easily blitz out creatures, and he can't remove them once they're in his field.

Voodoo Bravery might have trouble with initial creature rushes, but smart use of BB handles that. After a doll with sufficient HP gets onto the field, there isn't too much trouble.

Oracle Counter

RoL/Hope with SoP is one of the best known counters. Use Miracle+Lucif to EM, and SoP to hold back damage until you can OTK with EM.

Non-upgraded and rareless, this Steam Machine deck works brilliantly. Use a Steam Machine with Butterfly Effect to destroy Feral Bonds and the others for damage. Fractal a Giant Frog.
