I added the experience from battle but can't find how to add reputation.Am I doing something wrong ?

On the far right toward the top of your Character Sheet you'll find a dark grey column topped with a smiley. Just add the appropriate amount of reputation, lined up with the corresponding elemental symbol on the left.
