The masters are not limited to any position in WoE nor are any positions in WoE limited to masters. IIRC, all players start as equals.

I don't see why not, I'm actually going to apply for :earth character manager/organizer.
But please make sure that the job you are applying for has not already been taken. :D

sg does a lot so don't be pissed if you don't get a fast reaction,
also spamming here shouldn't help getting reaction faster ;)
