Crafting - Weaponsmith

Weaponsmith is a crafting skill of :fire element. It means the ability to craft rare weapon cards by combining an 'other' weapon, alchemy card and a spell. Keep in mind that alchemy cards are also rare, and cannot be bought from a regular merchant. To get alchemy cards, you need to use the :water crafting skill "Alchemy".

How about Hammer + Pregognition + Reverse Time = Eternity
Dagger + Poison + Aflatoxin = Arsenic
Short Sword + Rage Potion + Fire Bolt = Fahrenheit?


I had another idea. You could forge the specific weapons in forges. Like, forge an Eternity in the Pharaoh's Forge in the pyramids and forge a Fahrenheit in the Volcano. Just ideas. You have the final say.

 :darkness  Dagger + Liguid Shadow + Nightmare = Vampire Stiletto
 :death  Short Sword + Aflatoxin + Poison = Arsenic
 :earth  Hammer + Basilisk Blood + Deflagration = Pulverizer
 :entropy  Short Sword + Antimatter + Pandemonium = Discord
 :fire  Short Sword + Rage Potion + Fire Bolt = Fahrenheit
 :gravity  Hammer + Black Hole + Momentum = Titan
 :life  Dagger + Adrenaline + Heal = Druidic Staff
 :light  Long Sword + Luciferin + Holy Light = Morning Star
 :time  Short Bow + Precognition + Reverse Time = Eternity
 :water  Hammer + Nymph's Tears + Earthquake = Trident

Might need to change a few cards depending on their cost to make everything equal between all the elements.  But if we aren't having to use the Alchemy cards then I'd say something like this:

 :air Short Bow + Wyrm + Shockwave = Owl's Eye
 :darkness Dagger + Vampire + Nightmare = Vampire Stiletto

 :entropy Short Sword + Fallen Elf/Fate Egg + Pandemonium = Discord
 :fire Short Sword + Fire Spirit + Fire Bolt = Fahrenheit
 :gravity Hammer + Sapphire Charger + Momentum = Titan
 :life Dagger + Guardian Angel + Heal = Druidic Staff
 :light Long Sword + Immortal + Holy Light = Morning Star

Very nice list, however, I'd change Arctic Squid into  Abyss Crawler, since Artic Squird is an actual game rare, so not all players would be able to get their hands on it.

Wait, if we're making the Alchemy cards "rare", then these weapons will be doubly so.  Wasn't the whole point of crafting to combine "normal" cards to make "rare" cards?

That's a good question.

Since weapons are very powerful, I thought that it would be interesting to make crafting them a bit more difficult. I don't see them being difficult to craft as a big problem because most decks use only 1-2 weapons, and it would be nice to have some cards that are basically on the second "tier" of crafting.

If weapons were a combination of non-rare cards, crafting them would be way too easy. You could craft them starting from round 1.
