I guess you should be able to make a number of pendulums with 1 AP. For example convert 12 pillars into 6 pendulums for 1 AP. Unless Pendulums are considered really rare cards, because making them 1AP per pendulum would certainly guarantee a much higher price than that of a pillar.
When you have to discard 12 cards after being defeated, most people would discard the cheapest cards first, so probably pillars. The rarity of pendulums will make a big diference in discarding within those decks. I'm just wondering how much of a difference. Will it be better to discard an expensive non-rare card, or a pendulum. Especially if I can produce those myself?
