Not everyone has yet access to their Character Sheets, but to those who have, here's what you need to do.
1. Go to WoE main section (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,176.0.html)
2. You will also see a link to a subsection titled "Character Sheets". It is actually not a subsection, it's a link to Google docs document that has all the Character Sheets of your team. Click the link.
3. You will be taken to a Summary page. Find your name in the list and look for your Player ID (number) next to your name. It will be between 1 and 6.
4. Now look at the bottom of the screen. You will see tabs with numbers on them. Those are Sheets. Click the number matching your player ID.
5. You now see your Character Sheet. We will later talk more about Character Sheet but for now there's one thing you need to do.
6. Scroll down a bit until you see your Skills. You should see a Mark of your element. All other slots should be blank.
7. Click the first cell of "TIER 1 SKILLS". You should now see this small square-shaped button on the left side of that cell. Click that button.
8. A drop-down menu opens. This menu has all the Tier 1 skills of all elements. Pick a skill you want from your own element. You will find all the available choices here (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?hl=en_US&key=0AgB8fZX7y8kydHBtU0RNOC1yeFk2cTRIRzhCaDFyekE&hl=en_US&gid=8).
9. That's it. You have picked your second skill and now all you need to do is wait for the event to start.

Is it ok that I changed my name in the character sheet to NikaZaslavsky, because it was NikaZaslav?

In the Data Sheet, Cell H2 needs some fixing. (Earth Character Sheets, don't know about the others, as I don't have access to them :P)
The import range ID from the summary sheets is missing.
-> this causes the Rank and Score to break.

That's perfectly fine.
Just for future reference, and to all who read this: if the name you see on your character sheet is identical to the one that's shown on the forums, do not make changes to it unless you are directed to do so by a World of Elements official or Scaredgirl.

When I enter the google doc, there are only 3 summaries for players, but not for me. Am I doing something wrong?

All starter decks changed. I will update the rule topic later to show the new starter decks.
