ALL because I love using water!

I also love using Water. In fact, I always use Water Deck when playing any Trading Card Game. However, I still want to view things objectively.

 :fire Obviously, Water is Fire's natural enemy. (Water WINS)
 :water Errr... I don't know... Mirror match is hard to tell... (TIE)
 :air Water has big disadvantage against Air due to their low HP can't resist Air's killing capacity. (Water LOSES)
 :earth It's a contest of stalling. But since Earth can destrey Permanents easier than Water... (Water LOSES)
 :light This time it's a contest of healing. However, Water has Ice Lance and can also Freeze healing Creatures. (Water WINS)
 :darkness Another contest of healing. But due to Pest... (Water LOSES)
 :life The third contest of healing. Ice Lance can't get through due to Emerald Shield. Their Creatures are easily killed, though. (Water WINS)
 :death Inuindation. But that would make Bone Wall's layer thickened. We have Poison, though. And Purify to counter your Poison. (Water WINS)
 :gravity Freeze really slows them down. Otyugh? Congealed by Arctic Octopus. Even if you managed to get free, try to eat our Puffer Fish and get Poisoned. Gravity Shield? Thanks to the Upgraded Dragon which got it HP reduced, my Dragons will manage to get through. (Water WINS)
 :time Hard to judge, I would say... (TIE)
 :aether Well... Water loses, obviously. At least we can still Poison them (if our Puffer Fish didn't get Lobotomized first), Freeze them (using Permafrost Shield), and Direct Damage them if we have enough Quanta. (Water LOSES)
 :entropy Worst nightmare when using Mono-Water Deck. (Water LOSES)

As for all, based on my personal experience, the Element my Mono-Water deck (without any interference of any single other elements) beat most easily is Gravity.
My idealized elements cycle:
Water -> Fire -> Air -> Earth -> Lightning -> Metal -> Light -> Darkness -> Wood -> Water
