[...] It could also be +1 for all, +2 for water creatures and +4 when flooding.[...]
Well zanz changed it up and id say its worth it now... all creatures +1/+1, :water get +2/+2 and flooded get +4/+4.. still turn delay but now all your creatures benefit. [...]
Now we are talking ... cool change, thanks.
However, I feel like it could do without the HP buff. After all it is a mass buff - it is quite potent  interesting to play with the atk buff. Giving also a higher protection (without waiting) appears to me to be an unnecessary bonus which makes the card less tricky to play. The secret of a fun card lies in the combination of strength and weaknesses (adrenaline and acceleration are among those).

I feel the card is still weak, if there are few characters it gives a very small buff.. Yet if there are many the "turn not attacking" is worse than the +1/+1. Well apart from counters to sos...

I'd up it even further to something like: "+2/+1, +3/+2, +4/+4"

I agree with this.
Notice two point:
1. If you have many creatures on the field, shard of patience will give a lot lot advantage, but it useless because u are almost to win.. So, Shard of Patience should not be played (except for some special creatures such as ball lighting or special event such as counter to SoS)
2. if you have only few creatures, it means only give small buff. It is also useless.

increase to "+2/+1, +3/+2, +4/+4". I absolutely agree. But, it means, the cost should increase too to 5 or 6.

I like Shard of patience because it is creative. It motivates deck with creatures, not like other Shards that motivate creature-less decks.

Tested this in the beta, adapting the  :water :death :death duo to deathstalers and flooding. Using shard os sac when things got hairy. Obliterated AI 4. This was something the game needed.

:time :death scorpions deck. nuff said.
Doesn't matter if the bonus is +1 +2 +9001 or whatever. And  :time helps you offset the one turn of no attack.

well, he took care of the fractal ball lightning issue, now it reminds me of http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,14073.0.html , but with more bells and whistles (not in a bad way, in a cowbell way) and a broader scope.
