Who think SoP is OP why don't post a -competitive- deck?
The only really good SoP deck that I can think of on top of my head is SoP+RoL hope, but maybe if someone will post the fabled fantabow we can see.

Yeah but which card would remove to that deck to add SoP? That's the problem

Fantabow is an incredibly strong deck that makes use of ONE copy of SoP for stallbreaking. That's antabow stalbreaking for you. Isn't that nice?

For the Rol/hope SoP deck, Chapuz's deck was what I was referring to. I keep hearing about the SoFo SoP fantabow, but until I actually see the deck, I will make no judgement on its balance.

Who think SoP is OP why don't post a -competitive- deck?

RoL/SoP deck is just one of the good decks with Shard of Patience. I agree almost every shard is OP compared with common cards (personally, I think there should not be any rare cards at all, every singe card should be available in the bazaar). Anyway, here are a few more strong decks with SoPatience:

So to use this card you wait a turn to get +1/+0. Let's say that our creature as example is a 1/1 creature. The attack would look like this:
____________Without using shard_______________________Using shard
Turn #____Creature________Opp's HP______________Creature______Opp's HP
__1_______1/1___________99/100_________________1/1__________100/100
__2_______1/1___________98/100_________________2/1__________98/100
__3_______1/1___________97/100_________________2/1__________96/100

By the third turn, you've passed up the amount you would be dealing without the shard.
Now let's bump this up a bit. As an example we'll use a collosal dragon, a 7/15 creature.
____________Without using shard_______________________Using shard
Turn #____Creature________Opp's HP______________Creature______Opp's HP
__1_______7/15___________93/100_________________8/15__________100/100
__2_______7/15___________86/100_________________8/15__________92/100
__3_______7/15___________79/100_________________8/15__________84/100
__4_______7/15___________72/100_________________8/15__________76/100
__5_______7/15___________65/100_________________8/15__________68/100
__6_______7/15___________58/100_________________8/15__________60/100
__7_______7/15___________51/100_________________8/15__________52/100
__8_______7/15___________44/100_________________8/15__________44/100

It takes 8 turns just to get EVEN with the missed turn, making the shard almost completely usless. Any other creatures that amounted to 6 would have killed the opponent on the 8th turn. I know this is an extreme case, but it shows my point. Wasting the turn could be potentialy fatal to you.

Erm, not quite. Now it's a permanent, like this
.____________Without using shard_______________________Using shard
Turn #____Creature________Opp's HP______________Creature______Opp's HP
__1_______7/15___________93/100_________________8/15__________100/100

+ Brain, it would be:
____________Without using shard_______________________Using shard
Turn #____Creature________Opp's HP______________Creature______Opp's HP
__1_______1/1___________99/100_________________1/1__________100/100
__2_______1/1___________98/100_________________2/1__________100/100
__3_______1/1___________97/100_________________3/1__________97/100

By the third turn, you've passed up the amount you would be dealing without the shard.
Now let's bump this up a bit. As an example we'll use a collosal dragon, a 7/15 creature.
____________Without using shard_______________________Using shard
Turn #____Creature________Opp's HP______________Creature______Opp's HP
__1_______7/15___________93/100_________________8/15__________100/100
__2_______7/15___________86/100_________________9/15__________100/100
__3_______7/15___________79/100_________________10/15__________90/100
__4_______7/15___________72/100_________________10/15__________80/100
__5_______7/15___________65/100_________________10/15__________70/100
__6_______7/15___________58/100_________________10/15__________60/100
__7_______7/15___________51/100_________________10/15__________50/100
And why the heck are we using colossal dragons now? You use them in non-water decks to stallbreak.
So let's add a sanc to that.
Turn #____Creature________Opp's HP______________Creature______Opp's HP
__1_______7/15___________97/100_________________8/15__________100/100
__2_______7/15___________94/100_________________9/15__________100/100
__3_______7/15___________91/100_________________10/15_________100/100
__4_______7/15___________88/100_________________10/15__________94/100
__5_______7/15___________85/100_________________10/15__________88/100
__6_______7/15___________82/100_________________10/15__________82/100

And a delicious 3-attack bonus.

2 Sancs:
Turn #____Creature________Opp's HP___________________________Creature______Opp's HP
__1_______7/15___________100/100___________________________8/15__________100/100
__2_______________________________________________________9/15__________100/100
__3_______________________________________________________9/15__________99/100
__4_You might have immolated the dragon in frustration by this turn____9/15__________98/100

1st turn (not exactly first turn in the game, but 1st turn in the part where damage is considered) sundial it would be:
__1_______7/15___________100/100_________________8/15__________100/100
__2_______7/15___________93/100_________________8/15__________92/100

Dim Shield:
____________Without using shard_______________________Using shard
Turn #____Creature________Opp's HP______________Creature______Opp's HP
Self Explanatory.

+ Advantage of avoiding shield effects. It's a very strong stallbreak, and that is the problem. You're missing the point.

If the card is balanced outside the use of water creatures, then I do not understand how you will arrive at the conclusion that SoP is balanced.

In a flooded area. Meaning you'll need to have a flooding in play, as well as at least 6(?) creatures. And every creature past 6 being  :water. That's a fair amount of setup for a +5|+5 buff and a delay on attack.

Having said that, fractal physalia just got a lot more powerful...
