People shouldn't say a card is OP in combination with flooding, I will eat my shoe if flooding will ever be used in top tier pvp.

I'm seeing a lot of people get really fast results with Fractal Ball of Lightning with this card to the point where using it to grind FGs might be plausible.  If I remember correctly, that interaction was what caused SoP to not give HP to non- :water creatures in the first place.  Therefore I would suggest to either remove the HP bonus for non- :water creatures again or make the buff come at the very end of the turn as opposed to before the creature attacks as someone suggested in the 1.32 thread.  I'd prefer the latter personally.

Against 100HP opponents, SoP does not actually accelerate the TTW of a Fractal Ball Lightning deck, it simply alters the deck with various pros and cons. While the pros are pretty obvious, two cons are that it is initially slower, and that it becomes vulnerable to CC. An immediate Thunderstorm, for example, would stop you doing any damage and suck greatly D:

However, vs FG's, maybe it has a lil more potential (esp with salvagers) tho i dont know as yet :P

I agree that currently the idea is ridiculous. However I hope you stick around long enough to eat that shoe.

Great card, one that I'd like to experiment with more vs False Gods.... can anyone tell me a good way to farm these, I have 2, less than any other Shard.

Does anybody know when an AI using SoP releases its creatures?

Against Sosa, obviously the AI holds onto them forever, but what about against other defense / no defense?

I only saw SoP a few times in the arena and often autoquit after the first few turns due to purify...

Not sure, but in my experience it's often too late. That must be something that's very hard to program intelligently. When I've faced it, bots often wait till they can kill me in just a few turns (even if it means giving me more turns to live by hanging onto it.)

In a flooded area. Meaning you'll need to have a flooding in play, as well as at least 6(?) creatures. And every creature past 6 being  :water. That's a fair amount of setup for a +5|+5 buff and a delay on attack.

Only 5 creature slots are unflooded, not 6.
My idealized elements cycle:
Water -> Fire -> Air -> Earth -> Lightning -> Metal -> Light -> Darkness -> Wood -> Water
