Quanta acceleration makes dragons much more powerful. Dessication is potetially amazing quanta acceleration (and creature control) and thus Ice Dragon/Dessication decks become more likely to occur (though I still figure devourer/Black dragon will be more used)

Maybe, but I havnt seen any decks like that whether in forum or game.

Ice Dragon is useless in game I play water and I have completely dropped it for toadfish

I use all six Dessications and two Arctic Dragons in my deck. I seldom play PvP and never posted any decks in the forum, though, so people are unlikely to see my deck. Not to mention that I rely on Puffer Fish more.
