Btw, the "ao" in some languages is pronounced with an "ow" sound as in "cow," "sow" (a female pig), "how," "now," etc. So I'm going with kry-sow-rah.

totally sure that in greek u can't "separate" ora (ora et labora), in latin u can separate it in the spelling (o-ra), kri is kri, isn't krai, krahi or karai, also krai in greek stands for goat or something similar (idk if in your country u can find the kri-kri yogurt, probably the most famous greek yogurt label in europe).
so should be something like kri-sa-ora, greek and latins are totally different from english, u spell the word like u read it, the only things that can change the spell are two consonants near like gl+ a vocal (u don't spell it g-l-i, u spell it almost like y-i) or sc+vocal (is something near to shi, not schi or ski) etc.
