USES: Freeze/Congeal can't kill creatures. It's more a delaying card, so, if you consider keeping down your opponent's creatures, you should use a Squid, an Ice Shield or pack Shockwave and use the instakill combo.
It is very cheap, and it is easy to play from the mark. An example of how deadly this card can be, it's the classic speed poison. While you get your opponent to 10 poison counters, you protect yourself with this card.

Great for stopping creatures cold (pun intended :P) and for several turns. Splash a few of these in your deck and it could mean the different between life and death.

How does this affect work if a creature is already congealed? If I targeted a creature that is already frozen, does it: Have no affect, reset the time it is frozen to 4 turns, or add on another 4 turns?

Pretty sure it resets the time frozen to 4 turns.

It is most likely like the bone wall, but I think it should be added.
I'd like it if there would be indicator of the number of turn left before creature unfreeze.

Making it add on would make Arctic Squid decks that much more deadly. With, say, 4 Octopodes out, you could knock out a creature for 16 turns in just 1 turn (if you have the quanta, that is).

Agreed.  Having it reset rather than stack is pretty much the only reasonable balance option.  It's not like Bone Wall where you can take off 29 counters on one turn if you want.
If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.

Freeze/Congeal suck agaisnt Adrenaline,No offense thou. But,Adrenaline has his weak spots, like poison. If your creature is poisned and with adrenaline,it dies in some turns, depends on how much HP he has.
