Flood. I've never played water, but that's the card I hate the most when it's played against me...

Chrys - 1 :death for 1 extra damage per turn? Who can say no to cheap poisoning! 2-3 of these make for fast games of poisoning!

I really like Ice Lances.

When I started my Water deck, everything I learned about it was painful. First, the default Water element cards came with some Light element cards, and when I tried to make a duo-element deck, it backfired more often than not. Once I settled on pure Water cards and started making some electrum coins, the first card I decided to upgrade was the Ice Bolt to the Ice Lance, just because I used it so often. It helped me with saving some quanta, and I kept upgrading one Ice Bolt after the other. Once all 6 had been upgraded, it was time to start upgrading the pillars. Still, I felt that saving of quanta from the Ice Lances was marvelous already. All I need was just 1 quanta which is hard enough to get while we also are trying to make use of Water creatures.

I said Ice shield, Permafrost,
because when the opponent has it,
I really am unhappy,
but when I have it my win ratio sky rockets.
So,
well this little sucker mean a lot to me  :D

Assuming that im going mono or maybe a Chrysaora Deck I love using Inundation because it just about wipes out almost all armies and if its just a small army of one or two light dragons that have 8 blessings (stupid Miracle) then a permafrost shield excellently compliments your army

i voted  ice/permafrost shield cos effectively its just about the best shield there is. its great for stopping rushes because after a short period almost all your opponents monsters are rendered unusable. and by the time they unfreeze most their cards you've already taken them down.  :water is awesome :)

I would have liked casting a unique vote but....

Permafrost is just.... sweet love and tenderness on a plate.
