Winning 3 in a row would just be too OP.

Aether already did when 3 in a row...

And I think aether would have had a very good shot at winning a 4th if it wasn't for the giant penalty in the early rounds.

Well, it's over for .

As it was my first war, I was really happy when I finally read the [Drafted] on my thread in the last round. I was a bit surprised at this point that it was Aether, but I had no doubt we will make a good run together. And we did, as best as we could under the incoming circumstances.

It looked good the first rounds except round 2, and then the shock with the almost 200-cards-penalty before round 5. We were clearly hurt, our vault lost most of it's versatility, but we decided to look forward on continue doing our best, even with one less player from now on. We made some good 4-1 rounds, but it was clear Fire and Darkness will be a pain later on.

I want to thank hainkarga for his trust when he drafted me and his helpful comments everytime I had an idea. It was just both of us in the end, but I think we performed great. Also thanks for UTA, Regy and Dm for their support in the first rounds.


I can't wait for the next war... with this being said, cheers. And go on Darkness!

As I've already posted in the match topic, Team Time has made an amazing standing this war. Time has proved once again that it is one of the strongest elements, and tbh I expected nothing less from Spike and Kuro. I loved how you guys had such a great auction strategy, and it certainly paid off! You also brought many innovative decks into the picture, and almost managed to build the most successful deck this war. Sorry Ghostal, but Jonnington owns you even tho you counter it

Tbh, Firestall and Ghostal counter each other. Their matches are iffy and it mostly depends on how slim/fat these decks are while facing each other. Just my 2 .

In the end, here we are.

First of all I wanna thank my team, you're all amazing players and amazing people; I'm sorry that happened to you to be in a team captained by a noob at his first war (yes, this is the first war I play until the end); we paid, sometimes, my inexperience (while some other times we exploited my precognition skill, so I guess we're...even?).

Jokes aside, it's been a really nice event and I had tons of fun, so thanks to all players that joined it.

A special mention to WM's. Seriously guys, you did an awesome work, the organization was great and you acted nice when needed; maybe next time just some better EC's

It was an amazing first war, and an exhilarating experience. Root chose an amazing team with perhaps the two best War vets and three promising newbies. I think ours was the most active team, and I'd definitely take the same team with me next time if I could
