Vault building will last one week; until October 19th, 03:00 GMT.
Vault building tools have been provided for each team. In there you'll find a deck generator as well; it will tell you a deck's total modifier disregarding upgrades from tokens/roles/etc (i.e. it counts with 0 as base, not 6 or 12).

I somehow got the feel that people are discouraged by the low amount of applications. I somehow feel that this is causing a negative snowball effect.
I'm pretty sure there are a group of players who are still thinking about it.
I'd like to encourage everyone to apply, since firstly their decision may positively affect other players, and secondly applying is free, which means your
possible future teammates would understand if you have only an hour weekly to devote for War.

I’m fairly sure I voted to extend application timer on the cost of bidding time, not vaultbuilding time.

That is correct.
Consider last War had 9 rounds; a ninth round for this War would happen on the week from Dec. 14 to Dec. 21, if every round lasts a week total. It is expected for War to end R9 or sooner. War should end before Christmas, so I won't extend the timer.
