Decks must still have the required 4 in-element upgrades. Ex. a team sends Gen, Lt, Salv, Disc, they have 15+12+8+8=43 upgrades to split among the 4 decks. they may arrange them in any way they want (22/13/4/4, or 11/11/11/10, or any other combination) The minimum amount of upgrades per deck must not fall below the 4 in-element upgrades, nor shall any one deck have more than 50% of the decks size be upgrades from the SEC. (this means you can still fully upgrade a deck with relics) This means that the total upgrades in your deck from the SEC cannot be more than 50% of your deck size. wording still unclearish, sounds like you can add 15 upgrades to the default 8. Example and past rounds experience make it a bit clearer ofc, but the wording should be more like "Upgrades from roles may be moved around among the teams 4 decks. The resulting decks must all contain at least 4 in-element upgrades and the number of upgrades may not exceed half the decksize before use of relics"
that is a clear, but i feel it is not the fairest interpretation of the card, you can only move upgrades 1 direction on general matchups, either get rid of general for this round and have general as a soilder or increase cap on general to 2/3 of deck
In rounds 2 and 5, teams are intentionally seeded against teams they did not play in the previous round. In round 3 and 6 teams will be intentionally seeded against the three teams they did not play in round 1 and 2.

All the seedings should properly be fixed now, and should follow the ruling about facing different teams in the previous rounds during the first 6 rounds.:entropy is facing :aether for the forth time as well. We played them round 2,3 and 4. Seems unfair to scramble when earth points this out and not now. Our apologies for letting this happen twice in a row, that is our fault and lack of attention to detail and should not have happened again.
Going forward we will attempt to have teams not face the exact same set of 4 opponents in a consecutive round, but will not be making an effort to change it as has been done if this affects only a few teams.

Facing 4 times in 6 rounds isn’t uncommon. Reshuffle was mainly cause of light mishap. Just stay and play it ffs, stop moaning.

I'd like to hear your opinion if it happens with :aether facing :air 4 times in 6 rounds. Btw it was maybe uncommon
when teams had to play 5-6 matches / round, but now it's only 4 / round, the situation is entirely different.
