We are finally actually dead. I already posted here, but I think I'll have a few more things to say, will edit post accordingly. I promise no whining about rng in this post after the full stop of this sentence however (not having lost retrovirustal vs entropy would have helped enormously vs life I think (i tested the deck vs dbh and discord mono; grabrush may be a bit faster, but grabs burrowing never mattered in the games i played; also life not being fed eternity would have been nice, though they might have gotten the idea to just conjure it anyway. Geez everywhere I look when it comes to why we my onemanteam failed, I see entropy and aether

RT-mummies exceeded all expectations. I originally advertised it as a stallbreaker with some flexibility that works well vs fire and light and is one of few deathdecks that is weak to neither holy light nor purify, it even was pushed back into the if-we-got-too-many-points-roster in multiple phases of vaultbuilding (though I was obv gonna insist on it), but its much more than that. Only explicitly op cards (and lobo) seem to be able to deal with it and even some of those it can take out. In reality it provided barely less than half of our wins and remains undefeated in war!

As with most things this war, I don't have time to write a detailed analysis.

I had fun, and was surprised to find myself in such a strong position. Hain can attest I was available for at most 2 hours per round. This finally caught up when it got down to 3 teams and my faceslamming into the vault tool became too predictable. Of-bloody-course I was going to use dims in my non-gen match vs life, why wouldn't I? Of-bloody-course air wouldnt risk Sofree on us while we still had counters, so why did I throw a deck at them that literally only works against sofree?

Regardless of my personal failings, this war was mostly fun.

Hain: you stepped in and were a pleasure to work with, I'm sorry I wasn't able to do more with your input, I just didn't have time to doubt myself and re-evaluate much. It must have been frustrating working with me, it's a shame you weren't around last war when I had time.

vaggy: before hain turned up it was you and me baby, and i think you a lot for that. RL meant you couln't play as much as you wanted to, but I love you man and was a pleasure warring with you.

Sol: you know I want your ill-formed, nut-busting, mildly triggered babies. You were exactly what i bought you for. <3

Zawa: you have had a hard job this war, and mostly have done very well imo. Your strength is level-headedness and fairness in your dealing with teams. Your weakness is over-complicating things so their unbalanced nature only becomes apparent when it is too late. The current EC is really sad, i'm not sure how it can be fixed fairly, but it flat does NOT work with only 2 teams and 2 decks remaining life do not deserve to die like this, and they will, and it is horrible. But nobody noticed that until it came to the actual round, so not exactly your fault, but is there anything that can be done to fix it?

I honestly think Zawa you have done an excellent job solo-WMing. I do not think it is a job that should ever be done solo. But you have done as well as it could be expected. I hope you stick around after war even though you said you wouldnt.

My time constraints are too much. At this point I think I will skip trials and join next war as a soldier. Coming so close and losing because I had no time was not fun, but massive props to air and life, but mostly life. Go life. (I actually love pretty much every member of team air as people, but your element can go suck a big tentacle)

It was a pleasure to have worked with JCJ for the first time, he is a positive character, amusing to talk to, and a great deckbuilder. Vaggy wasn't around much after I joined but his presence on chat is always enough, love you. And Solaris gave me good and real laughs on discord and became my new spirit animal, this is now your part time job Solaris. Thanks Zawadx for hosting the event thumbs up to rest of the participants & forum lurkers.

Bit late here, but huge shoutout to my team for being a bunch of awesome people. duke and Afda, you are two of the nicest, friendliest guys in the community and it was an absolute pleasure to be on a team with you.

I guess I'll post here and draw this war to a close. I'll keep it brief. Being the solo WM was certainly a... valuable experience. But now that I've finished, I know why repeat WMs are so rare. Still, I learned a lot. And I'll always remember this War. Thanks to everyone who put in the time and effort to make this thing actually work, you're all awesome people. It was a pleasure WMing for y'all.

I... I almost don't believe my eyes - won War #11?!!? When I found out I could not resist checking it out a little bit and just wow. Congrats to Team Life - Muffin, Spiel, Vange, and Manuel.

I may have missed it but even two months later it is simply incredible!!
