WAR #10 Round 9 The skies crackle with thunder as the fight drags on. A few teams have lost all their soldiers and have died in a noble fight as the clouds stir above their fallen bodies.	Read the War Rules Contact Warmasters News Death, Aether, Time and Fire have been eliminated!
Deckbuilding Duel phase has started 29/10/2016 0000 GMT Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. All team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat. All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which, editing decks is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all of the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start.	Duels Fighting ends! 01/11/2016 0000 GMT Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends. PM your opponent and try to find a suitable time. Time Zone Converter might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you both are online, please contact Warmasters--mathman101 and Physsion--immediately. If the match does not happen, you both lose by default unless one of you is clearly more active and flexible. Duels are "best-of-five", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round. Event Card The bonus match will be an additional Bo5 set on top of the round's regular matches. Any relics used on the Generals deck will also apply to the bonus match. No salvage for the bonus match. Regular matches will have normal salvage/discards.

No, the EC is restricted to picking teams above you. As Air is in the #1 spot, they don't get to use this EC.

Yes. If there is a team above you in the standings, you must use it.

its the same as general deck. No edits there. So as an example, if all use this against air, they use their general decks, and air uses their general deck.

Yep! Whichever deck is loaded into the vault for the General's regular match will also be used for all bonus matches.
