Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. All team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat.

All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which, editing decks is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all of the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start.

PM your opponent and try to find a suitable time. Time Zone Converter might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you both are online, please contact Warmasters--mathman101 and Physsion--immediately. If the match does not happen, you both lose by default unless one of you is clearly more active and flexible.

Duels are "best-of-five", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round.

Suppose Team Underworld, having won against Team Chroma and Team Silly in the previous round, wants to stake their salvage from Team Chroma (but not their salvage from Team Silly!) on the EC.
1) Will it be made public that Team Underworld is staking the salvage from Team Chroma rather than Team Silly?
2a) Will the dice roll be made public?
2b) If it won't, will Team Underworld be allowed to say anything to the public about their EC results before R7 ends? Before War ends?

Just as a clarification (not sure if this is what Vineroz is pointing out) but Light is transmuting 4 salvage cards from r6 wins into 2 light cards, so that our vault is now 74 cards instead of 76 cards, because teams with 75+ cards must play 3 matches.  We told the WMs this ahead of time (partly to check if it was legal) and so that is why it might look funny, but the math works out.

It's just as legitimate as a bullshit 20 card penalty :p  You can't have it both ways.

What do you mean by cheap and bad?
Looks like a fine strategic decision to lower the risk of being eliminated to me.
They checked ahead of time to make sure it was legal, and it happened, so I'm assuming that it was indeed legal.  And I don't even see why it wouldn't be.

Yeah, I figured the -2 mod had to be from salvage in their round 6 deckbuilding, since that is how it has worked before. Losing card in advance for the *next* deckbuilding phase, which happens after matchups is revealed, sounds like bs.

WMs can't just change when salvage happens mid-war. I mean I assumed that transmutation before deckbuilding phase was completely impossible, so doing it like this never even crossed my mind.
