Title: What Belongs In This Section

According to that we can put Photos, Art, and Video that are not necessarily connected to Elements in this section.
If my understanding of this incorrect please let me know.

I suggest moving the Deviant Art link thread (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,6440.0.html) to this section.
