Ok you all know am a konger(qazzaq123) and always have been ,know the kongregate community really good always get my pm box filled and etc but i saw your topic on kong http://www.kongregate.com/forums/22-elements/topics/128572-confused-click-here-for-help-from-experienced-players and yes it seems am the #1 helper in forums questions/comments i was thinking wouldn't it just be better if you get a mentor to from here like jippy99 if you wanted to make a sub mentoring programme because i dought kongers will make a elements forums acc just to come here for this programm they rather have people on kong helping that are active and always in chat just saying "willy,ratchet,jmdt,kartis,tarr(kuross),omega and many more" you can either go anginst me or with me but thats my toughts,sidenote the topic that jappy posted was realling the link no indept description so it might be bashed bt trolls and etc.

Erm he only has 2 post count? ok nvm about that but you said you will teach players about elements offical chat you do know kongregate has 5 active room with 200 players avg in each right? you need to make this programm sound more friendly well thats all i gotta say..sorry about my english ,caribbean ftw.

Free tip: Don't start selling your product or service before it is ready.

The thing is that with many people you get one chance. If the project looks unfinished, or is not appealing enough, they are more likely not to participate in it. And once they have declined once, you will never get them back, and they might even tell their 10 friends how the project looked like crap.

For example what the original post is missing a lot are the benefits. Why should a person join this thing? What benefits are there for joining? For that we need the detailed plan that will show what "lessons" each apprentice will go though.

I know there is the initial excitement, but I suggest everyone just relaxes a bit and think things through before acting. These forums have been up for a year without this project even existing, so we are not in such a big rush that we cannot plan for a few days before executing it.
