This goes out to the people who thought all the good combos had been found :)

For those unfamiliar with this sort of deck, the plan is to quint + wisdom the strongest enemy creature, making them deal spell damage which is then reflected by the mirror (in this case jade shield, traditionally the cheaper light version) to attack the opponent. This concept has been tried before in the form of an aether/light duo using reflective/mirror shield, but hasn't been overly effective since Zanz changed the shard costs back around 2011.

Emerald Shield was always overlooked, presumably because of its huge cost of 5 to 7 Quanta compared to Light's 1 or 2.
The SoW/Reflect combo does not stand up on its own in any build, it is usually aided by the myriad of healing cards that Light has to offer.
Adrenastaves, however, does stand up for itself and can keep the player alive against rushes long enough to gather the :aether necessary to play Quintessence and SoW, to shut down enemy offence and create a win condition that is incredibly hard to stop.

There are other synergies here too. With a shield and life nymph out, you can give an enemy creature adrenaline before playing SoW, further increasing the damage they do to the owner. If the opponent has an annoying shield like hope, dims, titanium, gravity, dissipation, thorns or permafrost, you can play Quint + SoW on your flown staves to bypass them, where the offense of standard adrenastaves builds would grind to a halt.

Why 31 cards? Well if the opponent is running a creatureless 30 card deck (or a deck where the creatures are protected from SoWflect by SoFre or Cloak), you can still win by healing off the damage and decking them out.

Honestly I'm amazed to have not seen a life build for SoW-reflect before, if it exists already please let me know (Team Aether might have used this in a past war? Couldn't find anything like it though).

Oh it's been done several times before. Never with adrenastaves though. Team life missed the full combo by a jade shield in war 11.

Life used a SoW adrenastaves in war 11 that could have had jade shield but didn't because of several reasons (space/quantum issues, conserving jade shield, we didn't think it would be optimal for the matches we used the deck in).

mathman101 used a life SoW reflect in the 11th life trials final battle without the Adrenastaves portion as seen here. http://elementscommunity.org/forum/trial-final-battle-results/(11th-trial-of-life)-mr-muffin-5-1-mathman101/msg1264144/#msg1264144

Paratus submitted a life SoW reflect  for one of the challenges in brawl 7 also without adrenastaves. (captain task) http://elementscommunity.org/forum/forum-brawl/brawl-7-round-3-voting/

I also used to use (used to because I no longer counter fgs with the oracle) life SoW reflect to counter Divine Glory but I never posted that deck in the forums only in chat once or twice so that doesn't count. I would have to re-optimize it because I don't remember the exact card copy counts but it worked like this.

So the closest to your deck that has been done before was in war 11 could have had the final combo card of jade/emerald shield but didn't because of said reasons.

It's a very cool combo but is too rng dependent to be considered seriously for pvp. Quote from the first time team life used SoW Adrenastaves.

That deck is like dbh it loses 40% of its games to rng, but in the rest its unstoppable.
With two nymphs instead of epinephrines and with jade shield it's even more prone to bad rng.
I've definitely toyed around with green nymph SoW reflect decks but never added Adrenastaves for the sake of consistency plus enough card copies of quintessenc and SoW.

Good on you for going to for the complete Adrenastaves SoW reflect combo anyway despite lack of consistency.

Against upped rush decks don't work even, because late combos and the consistency, But consistency or not at least in AI3 was 10/10
