RootRanger is the next grandmaster.
This system was designed to provide a challenge for the two best players in the game. Sorry if it turned out to be hard to read/bad. I agree that allowing players to send in decks just before matches was way too much flexibility. But was the conquest format inherently wrong? I had suggested it to provide a challenge to both players, but I guess it's too volatile?
I think the Conquest format is perfect, but you have to have it so all decks are posted before it begins, or it's too easy to target a single deck, like root did.
Honestly though, congrats Root. He read the rules, found the game plan, executed to perfection.
