Please make sure you've read the Rules very carefully. Also, here are the Phase 1 Rules for information on Phase 1 tasks.

To join these Trials, post in this thread a single post containing the following information:

Spoiler for Phase 1:
-Name of Task
-Evidence of completion

Spoiler for War Bonus:
-Evidence of participation/WMing last war
-If you were a General, and were in the same War team as the element you are trialing for, evidence of your General-ship

Spoiler for Loyalty Bonus:
-Tell us how many times you have participated in Trials for this element before
-Give us evidence of your participation in each of those trials

Note: In the event more there are more than four challengers for one element, priority will be given first to players with the higher Phase 1 scores and second to a combination of score/post count.

    We used this deck as we had a rough time with :time in War 12 up to that point, and recognized the best way to prevent them bouncing our creatures was to literally eat all their PPM, and if they DID manage to RT a SoFo, it would simply reset it for us to eat more of their stuff. The deck worked supremely well, as they brought a stall deck to bear against us, and this one just shredded them.

    Balance is hesitant, I could easily see a price drop if the effect didn't stack (like Nightfall), or a price increase if it did (not sold on this idea being broken).

    Any card which produces quanta will be effected by this. This includes Rustler, and Devourer, as well as the obvious creatures like RoL and Dragonfly. There is an idea of whether (flying) Discord technically produces quanta, but I'm leaning to say "no" on that. Cards which create quanta as a result of other cards (Soul Catcher, Solar Shield) will not be effected.

    The reason this favours Light more than other elements though, is due to Luciferin. It gives any vanilla creature +1|+1, and also allows them to produce mass amounts of Light quanta, while not being forced to run actual Light pillars and pends to make the combo work. This can then be further used with Hope, or going for a more aggressive Mito Frogs with Rustler.

    From: 12th Trial of Light final battle, game 1. PUGons vs OE Saders.
    Here, I give away all of my secrets.
    Lobo is a card which I found incredibly strong against Light theoretically, so I had wanted to build a deck with it. My RoL Hope lists all contained too much Aether to be able to reliably slot in Lobo, so I built a deck with it using the next best strategy that I could think of. Lobo was a card I found strong, as it could shut down many threats like Crusaders, Rustler Mito Dragon decks, Pegasus rushes, and so on, which is what made it such a tempting card to build with in the first place. Dim Shields were also another obvious addition, considering the lack of PC in Light, and running any kind of PC in general is a risk vs Light due to Immaterial cards such as Hope and Morning Glory. Beyond this, the deck is generally able to outdamage most stalls, and can eventually win some matchups like RoL Hope due to Lobo, though Fractal Nymph can be a worry. It's a fairly standard deck, and the main benefits to running it were the support cards moreso than the deck itself.

    Congratulations for coming to your senses and electing me to be President / Chaiman / Holy King / Emperor / Jedi Master of the Elements !
    Oh, you think I have only became master of 1 element,  :light
    Hahaha, LOL, you should realize  :light is the only element that matters, the rest is tolerated and not yet removed purely for political correctness. Let, see:
     :life would not exist without  :light
     :death would not exist without  :life so ultimately its at the mercy of  :light too
     :earth is where the dead gets buried because they are no longer worthy of  :light so they need to hide from it
     :gravity is so obsessed trying to capture light in its black-holes it consumes everything else but still fails to impress  :light
     :entropy is just a random mistake, an accident, not an element
     :fire is just a weak attempt to create  :light
     :water huh, thats not even an element, its composed of 2 elements Hydrogen and Oxygen  :P
     :air is so empty  :light just passes through it like there is nothing
     :time What is the fastest thing in the Universe ? Of course, its  :light, nothing moves faster, and time is just a measure of the movement of photons
     :aether Now, that is literally nothing (even more so than air), so just ignore it
     :darkness ? Oh, come on, do I need to remind you of the Jedi order ? The dark side has always been the loser
    OK, so what are my plans now, that I was elected to be the supreme leader of the only element that matters ?
    Well, we are going to make  :light Great Again, of course!
    First, by introducing the card I suggested above, then making a new game rule that requires every deck to contain at least 50%  :light cards. War will be modified to a Double Elimination tournament and since every player hates that and refuse to show up (just like in Tournament times),  :light will be declared the de facto winner. Finally, we will hunt down Zanzarino, force him to see the Light and port Elements to Android, so that millions of new users can discover the beauty of the Element  :light and our community can Shine again!


    Task 3 --  I hate Brawl

    Task 4 (bonus) --  I hate Brawl
    What I mean by bonus is that I am willing to play upto 3 matches, whether they count as points for me or not.
