    Spoiler for Phase 1:
    Spoiler for Deckbuilding:
    Chargerhope
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
    Deck import code : [Select]
    576 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 5lk 5lk 5lk 5lk 622 622 622 622 75m 75m 745 745 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 8pu

First Use (As Far As I Know, Anyways): War 11, killsdazombies vs ProBacon
This deck was built to fill the role of a stall in Team Gravity, who didn't have many options beforehand other than a stall using Heavy Armor, Gravity Shield and Basilisk's Blood and maybe Adrenastaves. And it does it well so as long as you get the right draw. Once you get enough RoLs on the screen you're able to block all damage that isn't spell, momentum, or catapult damage. An advantage this has over a regular RoL Hope build is that the deck doesn't have to worry about any pesky shields that could block out all damage during the burst. Like many RoL Hopes its weaknesses are mass CC, shield bypass, Nightmare, bigger stalls, and bad draws (Though the last two apply to most other decks anyways).

Brief summary of each of their matches:
    • vs ProBacon: The dark domin they brought was theoretically a hard counter, but bad draws on Bacon's end gave Gravity the win.
    • vs Vangelios: Pretty even matchup, especially when accounting for the fact that Vangelios brought  Thorn Carapace to get rid of some RoLs. Some smart plays on mathman's end allowed him to win 3-2
    • vs deuce22: The deck deuce brought was a hard counter to Charger Hope. A lone Nightmare was packed to prevent a lot of RoLs to be played, and Momentum with PU provided a good bypass method to overwhelm Charger Hope. This resulted in a 0-3 loss.
    • vs moerphi: Heavily countered by SoFree, which we didn't realize they had at that point. Also, we didn't think to try and counter Thunderstorm in the case it happened.
A couple of possible changes (not already in serpex's Troll Hope guide for all Elements) include adding 2-3 copies of Lobotomizer, including Silence to prevent Miracles from happening before the finishing blow, and maybe a Titan.

Overall, this deck is a welcome addition to Gravity's arsenal. It provides another deck to an archetype Gravity is lacking in, and allows for a way to make exploiting Gravity's slower decks harder. This means that matchups against rush decks are slightly easier for Team Gravity, as long as they mindgate the right decks. However, it makes them slightly weaker to mass CC.

    Spoiler for Reinforcing A Combo:
    /++

This specific combo is considered one of the classic Gravity stalls, utilizing the HP increase of both Heavy Armor and BB to get any major damaging creatures in the range of Gravity Shield's blocking. It usually packs Pulverizer and sometimes Otyugh for PC and CC respectively. However, I've found a few problems with this card synergy and deck:
    • The deck has no way to deal with creatures with pesky abilities such as Lobotomize or Firefly.
    • Without Auburn Nymphs, the deck can't deal with massive spam of creatures.
    • BB and Gravity Shield can only delay creatures with momentum or spell damage, not completely block them.
    • The opponent can always damage their own creatures to get them out of Gravity Shield's range.
    • You're forced to waste upgrades on Plate Armor

With these in mind, I have created a card to strengthen this interaction and address most, if not all, of the problems listed above:
    NAME:
    Implosion
    ELEMENT:
    Gravity
    COST:
    4 :gravity
    TYPE:
    Spell
    ATK|HP:

    TEXT:
Combine target creature and adjacent creatures. Kill the new creature if HP>30. New creature inherits all passives.
    NAME:
    Implosion
    ELEMENT:
    Gravity
    COST:
    3 :gravity
    TYPE:
    Spell
    ATK|HP:

    TEXT:
Combine target creature and adjacent creatures. Kill the new creature if HP>30. New creature inherits all passives.

    ART:
    N/A
    IDEA:
    InsignificantWeeaboo
    NOTES:
The creatures nearest to the target creature on the same row are combined, creating a vanilla creature called an Amalgamation (6 :gravity, reforms the last Amalgamation made. If Implosion was never cast by the player with Amalgamation, cast a 0|0 creature.)
Actives and Adrenaline are not passed over.
    SERIES:
    13th Trials
The main role of this card is to save space and act as in-element lobotomization to take care of SoFo, mutants with destroy, and the like. This card can be used alongside either BB or Plate Armor (unupped or upped) to either kill or put 3 creatures in range of Gravity Shield. With only 4-3 :gravity, 2-1 :earth, and 2 cards you can kill or block 3 creatures. This card also allows you to move your upgrades to slightly more rewarding cards.

Some other uses include making space for Fractal decks or Gravity Troll Hope, using it alongside Acceleration for whatever reason, using one single target CC card to kill 3 creatures at once (Rewind Time being the most powerful), and using it alongside Nightmare to deny your opponent with their own creatures.

It is time to punch again!

    Spoiler for Phase 1:
    Spoiler for Writing 1:
The castles and fortresses that once belonged to the feared Graviton army are now in ruins. Graviton Mercenaries needed to look for work outside, and even the Fire Eaters were starting to run out of food. Everyone was in a terrible misery.

"People who hail the mighty Graviton! What terrible fate do you have to bear?"

Some of the old Guards look upon the sky, at the cliffs of Physicus. More and more followers soon gathered.

"Since the fatal defeat of the last War, everything you once achieved has been lost. Poverty and distress are currently ruling this territory."

Some starving Otyughs look at each other, and even the Amber Nymphs lost their charme.

"But this time of suffering is now at an end. Not only will we take back what is truthfully ours, but we will also make them pay for what they did to us."

Everyone was starting to wonder who was talking up there. But what they cared even more, was there really any hope?

"We fought together at the past, and now I am back to repeat this time of glory. But this time, we won't just do good, we will achieve victory!"

All the Graviton followers were staring at the sky, they were speechless for a moment.

"There is a lot of prey to be found near the borders, a village full of weakly fire creatures. Lets eat them up to regain strength, and then lets start the War to bring us back!"

Colossal Dragons appeared, being eager to fight and furtherly pushing the morale of all the citizens.

    "What do we want?" FOOD!
"Who do we take?" ALL OF THEM!
"And when do we want it?" RIGHT DAMN NOW!

    Spoiler for Writing 2:
Welcome to our newest series: The truth about Graviton creatures. The first episode will feature one of the most misunderstood creatures of all: the Otyugh.

Many describe the Otyugh as strictly hostile to anyone approaching them, swallowing them whole with no hesitation. Of course, this could not be further from the truth. In fact, Otyughs are quite peaceful and deeply care for their family. Their claws are great tools to dig up holes for playing Hide and Seek, and their long tongues allow them to take toys after they have been dropped below a large stone. Finally, their great mouths are naturally meant to tell the greatest stories!

We hope that this insight makes you overthink your prejudices about Otyughs. Everyone wants peace in this world, and why would they be an exception?

Welcome back, dear listeners! It is time for the second episode of: The truth about Graviton creatures. Today, we will be talking about the Sapphire Charger.

Many of you probably think of them as brutal vandals, tramping around and breaking any walls that match their sight. Of course, as always, this could not be further from the truth. Chargers are bringers of peace, and they do not destroy fortresses out of bad intentions. In reality, they attempt to break down the walls between all the elements to unite them all in one utopian world, so that everyone can be happy. How could such an honourable companion be a bad guy?

I am sure you all see the Sapphire Charger the right way now! Unfortunately however, this will be the last episode. Apparently, some agitators are spreading rumors of Otyughs eating tons of people who were approaching them after our last episode. What fatal misinformation! After all, I have not heard of anyone speaking out of being eaten. Don't let these fools drive you away from a world of peace!

    Spoiler for Writing 3:
Graviton followers! Now that we are well fed and our enemies misinformed about our true intentions, lets play a game to raise motivation and get fit again! The rules are as follows:

Every contender is assigned a Graviton Fire Eater. Your mission is to roam the Fiery Fields close to our region, and let these guys grow! The player with the strongest Fire Eater wins the game. Of course, there are some catches to keep in mind:

You can kill how many fire creatures you like, but killing your comrades is bad for morale. Don't do that. Delaying them, on the other hand, is good training. If you are heading south, you will find some time elementals to enslave which can do that for you. Those can be eaten afterwards. Earth elementals could do the same thing but they don't taste as good.

Doping is allowed unless it is lethal. Eating Vampires will do no good, neither will their awkwardly looking elixirs. Certain frogs are fine however. They can give your Fire Eaters the kick to go on a rampage!

Finally, if you are caught using violence by neutral estrays, eat them. Failing to do so will result in a strength penalty. We are a race of peace, after all, and no one shall see different.

Enough of a talk, lets start!

    Spoiler for Loyalty Bonus:
