I'm going to take this in a bit different direction than most and ask you a little about deckbuilding.

What (war legal) decks would you build to defeat these two decks?

The decks should be all unupped and preferably not involve and nymphs as you don't know who will have to face down the decks.

Also, though the decks should be targeted counters, they shouldn't fall apart against other decks.

Minor Vampires are there for the main damage, and surviving the poison after lockdown is achieved (there is no way to get rid of the arsenic after all).

Both questions are kind of one question to me, a master should be honest thus not dishonest
I find it to be the most important one from both lists since I want to be able to rely on things people say, and I expect this from a Master. Of course, this does not imply a Master would be forbidden from sarcasm and the like, but if the truth is required from a Master, (s)he should give just that. Dishonesty is a form of betrayal IMO, and there is nothing I hate more than betrayal.

That deck is just so slow, it won't be able to do anything at all against devourertal most of the time.

Dishonesty is a form of betrayal IMO, and there is nothing I hate more than betrayal.

Not a question, just a funny observation   This just seems a little ironic to me, seeing as how one of the key Darkness cards is Steal.  This should NOT be taken as anything other than humorous, as it doesn't change anything one way or another.

Darkness is a mysterious power, if you let it corrupt and control you the resulting person is most certainly evil. Corrupt, power-hungry madmen... but that's not what Darkness itself is.

Darkness is the power of disguise and the power to use your opponents' own power against him/herself.

Finally, if  would choose an ally other than or  , who would you choose, and why?

I think Aether best allies itself with Darkness, to not only shroud yourself with Darkness, but to phase into another dimension and be able to hide in plain sight. To render yourself invulnerable (Quintessence) to the self-righteous crusaders that dare to pursue you. Not to mention opening dimensional rifts to send forth legions of Darkness creatures (Fractal).

For the first deck, im  going to have to go with what torb said. His deck and explanation seems pretty good and mostly what i would have written had i been there first.

1. Id go with passion. A master that is passionned with his element will do everything to make it other peoples passion, and brings up a better ambiance. If you ask me, a passionated master has more chances to win war than one who doesnt care.

2. Laziness, Man, if you took the time to do the trials, remove the title from someone who would have been active in your place? that just doesnt make sense to me.

For the second deck, any deck using devourers can kill it, since its based on the mark.

As i said in an earlier post, i do not take darkness as being evil, but more as being opportunist, taking advantage on the fact that your opponent cannot see you.
Here, i do not see why you choose fire, but here is my answer anyway , death. I believe both have some similarities and some differences that makes them perfect allies
