I told sub that I would answer any trials question people really want answered after phase 3 ended, so if you want me to answer it, lemme know.
^ True. Already answered mine in chat.

First off, thanks for the support everyone, and thanks to burd for waiting for me to get back. If I missed any questions then tell me. Now, question time.

Spoiler for vrt:
Dear canyouevendates,

If you were Master of air, what's one thing that totally wouldn't fly with you?

A pig. Whoever heard of a flying pig? :P

Spoiler for ji412jo:
to all candidates

Do you like/dislike being on a plane/helicopter whatever.
Can't say I've ever been on a helicopter. Planes are fun, though, everything looks cooler from a birds eye view.

Spoiler for TribalTrouble:
@Afdarenty Why did you choose to take on the trial of air?
Ever since Budokan Air has been my favourite element. The decks I like to play most are control decks - with all the CC Air has it's a good match for me.

Spoiler for Kakerlake:
Air, the element of the gassy stuff all around us. Air has one of the strongest Nymphs in my oppinion, but I've wondered a while now about one thing:

Can you calculate about how much of earths atmosphere consists of farts?
Short answer: No.
Long answer: Coming later. Too tired for serious thinking right now.

Spoiler for Blacksmith:
To both candidates.

Who will you vote for in air trials?  and on what grounds and why did you make that vote?

Would you ever consider voting for someone else in trials if you thought the other one would become a better master?
Well, I didn't have the chance to vote. Even if I did have the chance I don't think I'd have voted anyway. I said earlier that I'm not sure who would make the better master, and voting on me just to give myself a better chance in the final battle would feel like points I haven't earned.

If I thought there was a better choice than me in the poll then yes, I'd vote for them.

Spoiler for Odii Odsen:
@Afdarenty: I know about your love with Air and IMO you play this element pretty good. I know you as a teammate in Team Entropy, you were new to this community/war and since this time I see a new, more experienced Afdarenty. How important was your role as Afdarenty in the last war? Would you lead Air as General?
Thanks :)

I felt like a key player last war - I did a good job at predicting opponents, a large amount of vault work, more testing than anyone else, and I was involved in every deck discussion. In terms of deck building I had some original ideas, though they were in the form of different builds of existing concepts (e.g. our discquake bow, though I have a nasty feeling someone will tell me it has been done before) and not entirely new decks. Having people (especially Blacksmith) to bounce ideas off of helped me a ton. On the negative side I missed a couple rules which resulted in two penalties, and I had a habit of going off on a tangent which I'm sure was a little annoying - starting a conversation about the Water match up while other people were busy talking about Life, for example. There are definitely things that I'll be doing differently next war.

Yes, I'd lead Air as General.

Spoiler for Laxadarap:
Realistically, do you think you can topple aether? Whats so new/not new this time (more important part)?
Yes, I think Aether are beatable. A different general helps, and I feel as though people know more about what to expect from them this war than in previous wars.

Spoiler for Rutarete:
What mythical or non-mythical creature would you like to add to Air (or the game)?

From Phase 1:

IDEA:

NOTES:
Airborne.

It's far from creative, but as for a for a card that "helps mitigate a weakness" it's pretty good.
SERIES:

Spoiler for Jenkar:
What makes Air, in elements, stand out for you?
It's taking me far, far too much time to answer this question so I'll be fairly blunt. A pair of incredible shields, excellent CC (Shockwave, Thunderstorm, and particularly OE), and a diverse range of damage sources (UG, one of the best dragons, Nymphs, Damsels, and OE again). I always feel as though I can do a better job of controlling my opponents decks than they can do of controlling mine. I just have more fun playing Air than I do with other elements.

Spoiler for Zawadx:
Have you ever desired to fly? What would you do if you had the gift of flight? How do you imagine human flight would be?
Yes - I think everyone has,

Everything I do now, and flying  :P

I really like the description of flying in Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, so I'll go with that. If you haven't read those you should.

Spoiler for Frozengaia:
Dear all air triallists:

Shard of Freedom is a card I love and hate at the same time. I often give it the name SouFflé.
I think it's a stupidly broken card, but it's just so fun to use it and see what you can do with it.

What is the most creative deck you've ever made using SouFlé?
Can you think of a really fun deck revolving around SouFflé?
Practicality isn't needed.

That'd be my answer to both questions.

Spoiler for Submachine:
To both candidates:

Until I get a more sensible question, here is a technical one:
Which air spell do you think is the least useful if you can't choose Sky Blitz? Explain your choice!

It's like asking me to choose between my children, but if forced I guess I'll go with thunderstorm (I'm not at all sure it's the best choice xD). A few Shockwaves are nice to splash in any deck and flying weapon opens up a load of decks that you otherwise wouldn't have.

Spoiler for farscape:
Question to all candidates (challengers and old master too):

If I apply to participate in War, would you bid on me, and max how many cards ?  :-*
Honestly? Probably not. I don't know you at all, so it'd be a big risk for me to bid on you.
