A part of my strategy was to play PC the two first games, to prevent Kuro to play PDials or UGDials. It worked like a charm.

Don't know why I made those changes, I was a little stressed methinks... Kuro got a one pend draw, I draw all three vampdaggers. He didn't even have to play a Miracle nor Sundial.

Now this one's interesting. I was extremely afraid of his Lightstall, and I was quite close choosing DragOTK. Which would've lost vs PUghosts. I'll end this summary with some wise words from our previous master, 10 men: "Graboid best kreetcha eva! beta dan fenix!!"

Dimensional Shield
Do I even bother explaining this one?

Wings
Mono Rush, Frogs, Graboids.. Several of my key decks would've been destroyed by Wings.

Steal
Steal is great versus a well variety of time decks, and it was great having in mind I couldn't face this card.

Nova
Grabbow is a too stronk deck. Denialbow is also a gem. UGDials with Nova is a killer.

Reverse Time
I absolutely hate facing this card - getting rid of it was a must.

Deflagration (odds)
Had a few ban points left after those five bans, so why not.

Topdecking both of my Amethyst Towers/Pendulums as well as a Discord is a fantastic way to start. I managed to scramble his quanta long enough to ensure that his more pesky cards wouldn't come into play, especially as he couldn't use Explosion for a while. Antimatter helped me survive as well after placing it on his first ghost.

For some reason, I was actually -very- terrified about the prospect of him using Dusk again (and its haxative properties), so I went with Psions and Lightnings as ways to get around the shield... only to find myself facing a Grabbow and Reflective Shield. Super. I bolted his Shriekers when I could, but the damage was too late. 1-2

This deck was something that I built, but felt SUPER uncomfortable playing due to its chance to have bad draws - surprisingly, I didn't have no such horrid luck whatsoever. I had a Miracle in my starting hand alongside some very key cards; a slight misplay was actually beneficial (I played Sanctuary instead of a Blessed Dune, but it was fine, because that small boost of healing helped me in the end). I had topdecked the majority of the Sundials within the first 5 turns, so I just had to play the waiting game and bid my time carefully with Eternity CC, healing, and the occasional hit from the scorpion. 2-2

I was slightly concerned about his reliance on Reverse Time, so Cloak came into play - even with PC, I would assume that you can't take out both a Cloak AND a Dusk AND a Eternity all in one turn hopefully... but he didn't even bother with control this time around, and super outrushed me. 3-3

Discord has no effect against Nova. Antimatter is useless against Graboids w/Reverse Time. 3-4

No idea what happened here. >_> I played Sanctuaries against his Darkness, and hopelessly waited for him to Steal them... except he didn't. And my Dune kept racking poison on him despite Dusk being in play. And Vampire Dagger couldn't do that much damage. 4-4

Regrets:

• Knowing that Player was going to use Grabbow as his final deck due to its win percentage and reliability, without having thought of a strategy to countering it
• Making up said random silence/lightning/PU deck as a way to counter it without realizing it had poor quanta balance
• Not using one of my reliable decks
• Not banning Graboid OR Nova on the odd-# matches where they would matter more
• Actually, not banning any PC making his decks far superior to mine as Time is heavily reliant on their permanents
• Disappointing everyone - don't sugar coat your words people. Cheesy, Higu, and others; I already know.

That being said, congratulations Player, and great games indeed. I should have made better choices all around, but oh well.
