Just a brutal match up for DRippy, and I got a pretty solid start. I held onto cards early fearing I might be playing a rush deck, but at 40 cards and without fast damage I quickly realized it was Fire Stall and shifted my playing style.

Thinking about it now. Fire Bolt was banned, so it must have just been a mass CC deck.

Excellent starting hand for me, quanta, Crusader, Titan & Animate, I got my damage out fast, had excellent top decks and an RNG favoured win!

1 Pend draw for him - and an absolute quant overload for me - 7 quanta in my first 10 cards. But his deck just doesn't run off of 1 pend. He needed some crazy luck with the Skullie to pull out a win

hardcountered. Jen thought Id bring a rush. I knew that jen was expecting a rush so I made this. Unfortunately his control decks had low but sure damage by poison and a glory. EM'd after ~12 turns without being able to do nothing.

Could be closer, didnt get good topdecks. I expected something with saders, so lycansteal. Jen did play something with saders but got the right topdecks so I couldnt steal the titans. Could have been closer as I started with 2 pillars.

I had jen waiting like 20 minutes for the third game. I predicted well that he would bring a rush, and this deck was very fast. Started with 1 pend.... Still I was 1 turn behind.
