I managed to bait a freeze in a guard, before playing catapult. A shame I had to waste 2 of my BB on two early nymphs, so I used only one on it. Since I had 2 more dilgos in hand and I drew a couple more guards this allowed me to win despite the slow quanta start.

On hindsight 13 quanta sources in cataBB was risky, so I shouldn't be surprised at the slow start. This one will need tweaking if I use it on the finals.

I was lucky to pull a win this game. I was afraid for thunderstorm so I never used rage pot on nymphs to speed up damage but used it on wyrms instead.WOn with exact damage 1 turn away from lose.

Bone wall was one of the decks I feared the most I have no idea why I didn't consider that when I choosed this deck. Just another sign of that I should have prepared more for this game.

I was afraid for rt deck both game 2,3 and 4. I should have noticed that he had 2 air decks to bring and should have reacted on the baning of trident,deflag and steal the 3 cards cata decks don't like. Was countered.

At this point I should have realized that rt weren't on it's way but another version of cata decks. Andre won another victory even if it wasn't very close.

Yup, you got it right, my strategy was capitalizing on the lack of PC in water, to strike with catapults. The fact that freeze only makes catas stronger also weighted a lot in my decision.
