Rules
Please read the PvP Tournament rules carefully before joining the tournament.
Remember to also read the Special Rules listed below!

Prizes

1st place	5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon)
2nd place	5,000 electrum
3rd place	4,000 electrum
4th place	3,000 electrum

In case of 16 or more players, tournament prizes will be increased.

Points for the World Championship

1st place	4 points
2nd place	2 points
3rd place	1 point

NOTE: You need just one presentable forum post to be allowed to join tournaments; you can post it here. If this will be your first tournament, a Tournament Organizer will test your knowledge about the rules. So please be present in tournament room 30 minutes before the tournament starts.

Special Rules

We hold a 15 minute public auction in chat where players can buy elements
Each player has 24 upgrade points to start with
Players bid upgrade points for element ownership on the tournament chat: e.g. say "bid 3 on "
Each element can only be owned by 1 player, the highest bidder for that element
Minimum valid bid is 1 upgrade if the element has not received bid yet, or the previous highest bid +1. If multiple players type same bid for the same element concurrently, the one whose post appears first in chat window is valid, the others are invalid
Each player may bid on as many elements as they want, as long as the sum of their total active bids is no more than 24. If a bid has been superseded by another player's higher bid, than the lower bids no longer count.
At the end of the bidding time period, TO announces "bidding has ended", no bids are accepted after this
Each player owns exclusively the elements he/she has the highest bids on at the end, no other player can use those elements in the tournament
Elements that nobody has bid on may be used by any player
The number of upgraded cards per deck is calculated for each player by: 24 minus all highest bids the player paid for elements

TOURNAMENTS Q&A

Q: Can "other" cards be used ?
A: Sure, unless somebody bids for Other element

Q: Are PPMs and marks also restricted to the owner of the element ?
A: No, you can use any mark and PPMs in your decks (to get quanta for abilities), only non-PPM cards are exclusive
