Weekly Tournament - October 27th - The Choice of Community - Upgraded

Where?
Please enter the Tournament Channel at least 15 minutes before the tournament starts. Use your forum username as nickname.

Rules
Please read the PvP Tournament rules carefully before signing up.

Prizes

1st	7,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon)
2nd	5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark
3rd	4,000 electrum
4th	3,000 electrum
5th	2,000 electrum
6th	1,000 electrum

Players who lose their quarterfinal (Top 8) matches will compete for the 5th and 6th place prizes in a mini-tournament. Prize-eligible players (namely, ones in the top 8) who leave the tournament without notifying the Tournament Organizer of their intent are considered to have forfeited their match, and also their prize.

NOTE: Players with fewer than 30 forum posts are not allowed to enter tournaments. Spamming low-quality posts to reach the minimum post count needed to participate will not be tolerated.

Special Rules

• Upgraded cards are allowed, but not required.
• Shards are not allowed.
• Mark cards are considered as pillar of their element.
• Everybody can vote for up to 4 cards in each element. The 4 most popular cards in each element will be allowed in this tournament. (Both unupgraded and upgraded form.)
• All Other cards are allowed.
• In case of a tie, TO will make the final decision.
• The cards will be revealed when the below timer reaches zero.

Please be aware that there will be rule changes regarding connectivity and dropping out in mid-tournament before this tournament starts, so please stay tune for that.

I will ask one question only for the remainder of this thread, just to avoid annoyance, and it will be in two parts 

1) When will the polls close? That is to say, when will the final card pool be announced? To be even more specific, how much time will there be between the closing of the polls/announcing of the card pool and the start of the tournament? (I might calculate it but I get confused with forum/computer using different time standards / not sure what timezone 'this poll closes' refers to; sorry)

2) Will there be no additional ban list? To be perfectly clear, the 48 cards that the community decides upon will definitely be allowed, both in the upped and the unupped version?

I voted all the nymphs I had at least two of, then some of my personal favourite but underused tourney cards.  I doubt most of mine will actually win the vote, though.

I say vote against the meta so people have to think about there decks instead of coughing up mainstream decks

Please take out nymphs.  If nymphs become even 1/4 of the meta it will significantly disadvantage those who can't use them.
