Rules Please read the PvP Tournament rules carefully before joining the tournament. Remember to also read the Special Rules listed below!

• Dragons, Antimatter, Devourer, Dimensional Shield, Earthquake, Fire Bolt, Nymph's Tears, Wings and HOLY COW are banned.

I am torn between:

• No, the card should never have been obtainable to begin with.
• Yes, because I do not care about allowing a crappy card.

In the end, I think this should be the same for all PvP events. So I return you your own question to discuss with the council: is Holy Cow banned for PvP events in general?

I'd say allow holy cow, it's a bad card anyways.

Personally, I'd generally allow holy cow for PvP events. However it seems rather clear, that its either a rare or ultrarare card and should technically be banned for this particular tournament

Card is not obtainable by legal means, card should be banned. As simple as it gets. The fact that people are exploiting a bug to get said cows shouldn't be permitted either.
