Wow, those are totally different decks than I was expecting the winner to use. They seem way too slow and have no removal or control, but they obviously worked.
These are the ones I built.

92 cost, 18 pillars (31 cards, needed 18th quanta to get proper QI)

20 qpillars 0.25 each = 5 each, would need 24-26 quanta of all 12 elements, and 29-31 of mark element
