Where? Please enter the Tournament room at least 15 minutes before the tournament starts. Click "Rooms" in the top left to find it.

Rules Please read the PvP Tournament rules carefully before joining the tournament. Remember to also read the Special Rules listed below!

NOTE: You need just one presentable forum post to be allowed to join tournaments; you can post it here. If this will be your first tournament, a Tournament Organizer will test your knowledge about the rules. So please be present in tournament room 30 minutes before the tournament starts.

• Upgraded cards and Shards are banned.
• Blue Nymph, Bone Wall, Devourer, Dimensional Shield, Discord, Earthquake, Fire Bolt, Fractal, Graboid, Nymph Queen, Nymph's Tears and Reverse Time are banned.
• For every element used beyond the first, reduce the amount of max copies for all cards by one. So duos (decks with 2 elements) can use up to 5 copies, whereas decks with 4 elements can use up to 3 copies per card.
• "Other" cards like Quantum Pillar count as a separate element.
• All cards count as cards used towards their element, including Pillars, Pendulums and Mark cards. Mark cards count towards cards of their respective element, not "Other".
• Your deck Mark can be of any element and does not count towards number of elements used: only the cards in your deck do.
• All Pillars, Pendulums and Mark cards can be used freely regardless.

TOURNAMENTS Q&A

Q: What about decks with 7 or more elements?
A: You can use only Pillars, Pendulums and Mark cards, then, since you have a max of 0 card copies for your cards.

I know no one asked, but I feel like I need to do this regardless since there is a gap in the rules:
Clarification: "Other" cards like Quantum Pillar count as a separate element.
ALL cards count as cards used towards their element, including Pillars, Pendulums and Mark cards. Mark cards count towards cards of their respective element, not "Other".

I realize it's a bit late, but I wanted this cleared up before the start of the tournament. Adding to the OP now, too.

thats pretty counterintuitive as other cards are usually perfectly fine in monos (after all they use the same quanta as the rest of your deck)

They counted as a separate element in Doubles event, too, for one.
The tournament explicitly tries to make people use fewer elements, making "Other" count as a separate element helps achieve this goal. I wasn't happy about deciding either way, since cards like Short Sword and Shield feel perfectly, but felt like it had to be made 100% clear before the start of the tournament. And Quantum Pillars most definitely deserve to count towards an extra element to prevent/weaken bows with 4-5 elements + "Other". And I don't feel like adding it as a late ban.
