Yes, basically. Also deuce's Air Nymphs being bolt resistant.

Yeah, upping Bymphs is worthwhile for anyone. deuce doesn't have many though, gotta say. Not as useful facing potential Elixirs and Fire Bolts can always take 'em out, but it seems only I favored those in that matchup.
