GOOD lasting decks that you took down from the arena. https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=28523.msg364486#msg364486

I hoped that Essence's thread So what did you just take down from the Arena? (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,28144.0.html) would become a collection of successful decks with higher positions, decks that reach at least top 50 least 6 days old (or top30 and 5 days old? I don't know which range that would be best, yet) before being put down so that there could be a form of comparison between them (at 6 days old they start failing alot more often and start to drop in rating due to the initial HP pool). Sadly enough it became just a jumble of decks with incomplete stats and such a huge difference in how well they performed that the info couldn't be over viewed.

I'll provide the first deck.

Spoiler over the deck so as to conserve space and improve readability
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink

The 5 nymphs were upgraded but i dont know the "upped" code).

EDIT
The point of this (possibly these threads) thread is to give out ideas to people. To give suggestions on what to build and to see if a certain combo works better when turned into something else by their own oracle card.

I got one coming once I take it down.  Doing pretty damn well so far, though:

I'll try to remember to post mine as well when I take it down..lost its first game while I was still testing it, then won the next 50 in a row and peaked(so far) at 16th in platinum before finally losing a couple more times(weird how these losses always seem to clump together for me).

And I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the age of the deck in determining which ones qualify here or not.  Keep in mind a lower level player's deck will need to be pulled sooner than a higher level one regardless of how good it actually is simply because if both decks have everything else fully upped, the lower level player will have fewer points to place into hp and thus will be more affected by the aging penalty.  I'm currently level 67 for example so my deck would start out with 135 hp whereas a level 80 player's deck would still have that much hp left on day *6*.  I'd say just go by what the highest ranking the deck achieved was, regardless of age.  Just getting into the higher rankings at all looks like it will take 2-3 days at least now.

Thats what i mean, that one got promise! Also your OP in your thread is the best deck yet with rank 4 when taken down. That have been posted publicly i mean.

One more thing, your thread got several users with decks that doesn't work well but from the first glance seems like they should. IMO this is excellent - there should be two sister threads. One with mass posting of every kind of deck no matter the stats and one thread showing off the top tier ones. I contemplated top 10 but assumed that too few would like to share them even though this community have been built around sharing info on how to build the best there is.

The reason for the age to be set at 5 or 6 is that time is needed in platinum to accumulate the necessary rating/total games and platinum is not moving that fast and as to not get plastered with massive amounts of decks.

Don't know how to handle Bronze or Silver yet. I'm open to all suggestions.

175 HP. 30 Upgraded Cards. 2X Mark. Double Draw.

This deck was originally the not-so-original CP Wyrm. I took it down on the day I got Sapphire Charger as my Oracle card (see below).
105 HP. 60 Upgraded Cards. 3X Mark. Double Draw.

Lost its first game, just like Honduri, but then it started winning non-stop. Sadly though, it isn't getting many plays so I took it down today and put up a deck with Light Pillars in it. I'll report that one once I take it down.
More to come! My Light Pillar deck is doing well so far. :)

Tasted the world, seen more than enough.

Depending on what works best there might need to be 2-4 topics, each covering one league of its own or two etc in each of the league sub forums.

Then you should start a few in each league right away! I love seeing arena decks and be inspired by creative ideas!

Btw what's your definition of good? Will top 50 rank do?

Gold and Platinum is pretty similar and as i mentioned before the age requirement is simply there to stem the tide of decks.Top 30 might be more prudent and remember that the arena is still young. ALOT of decks can get into top 50 in a couple of days. The ability to stay is what separates the good from the rest in gold and platinum.

I have no idea how fast bronze and silver moves. You have to wage the amount of possible decks with teh amount of users who can submit and use the forum. Is it even feasible to have one for bronze? Bronze probably should be limited to top 10 (wild guess) and only win/loss ratio.
Silver no guess at all.

On a side note
Good is different for each league. I would prefer if someone who feels they have a grip on bronze and silver made those topics.
(Does a single deck in bronze have a more wins than losses? Considering people can attack it with fast rushes that wins more than they lose theoretically the answer is "No none have positive stats in the end", while another thought says that all the mediocre and casual players with no idea of the forum and deck theory knowledge fights the bronze arena could lose in staggering amounts to the better decks. I don't know, I don't do bronze and as such someone else have ot come up with a good solution to how to handle bronze.)

I posted in essences, but I'll post here too:

My ghost trio.  Final tally was 98-24 after half a day at 1 hp and 6-7 extra losses.  Peaked 34th in the rankings.

As the higher decks are posted we will see a trend in rating. Rating is after all the best way to determine if a deck is good i assume.
Then we could decide upon a limit there instead. Possibly it would remove the need for age, or make age the second deciding factor when determining which deck is better when two are compared.

EDIT
The point of this (possibly these threads) thread is to give out ideas to people. To give suggestions on what to build and to see if a certain combo works better when turned into something else by their own oracle card.
